Kozta Tech is the public brand, Kozta Technologies the intended formal business name, and Kozta Manager the SaaS product. Kozta Technologies is not yet formally registered as a business. The service operator's legal identity, contact address and final contractual details must be confirmed before accepting paying customers.
The proposed service allows business owners to manage workspaces and authorize staff with distinct permissions. Final terms must define account responsibility, eligible users, acceptable conduct, credential security and the treatment of business records.
The current product plan describes a 30-day free trial followed by a paid membership offer. Final terms must match deployed trial eligibility, activation, membership price, taxes, billing intervals, renewal and cancellation behavior; a website label alone does not establish entitlement.
The intended service will use approved payment channels and backend verification of successful payments. Checkout conditions, refunds, disputed payments and applicable third-party provider terms must be accurately documented before release.
The planned application supports offline-first workflows and later synchronization where configured. Final terms must explain user responsibilities for devices, business records, backup expectations, connectivity limitations and permitted access, based on verified product behavior.
Service availability, maintenance, technical support, operating requirements, and any warranties or service commitments remain subject to technical review and approval. No uptime guarantee is made by this draft.
Final terms will describe unlawful use, unauthorized access, misuse of other businesses’ information, account suspension and related procedures, consistently with actual roles, safeguards and applicable law.
