This is the Kozta Tech Privacy Policy working draft for our planned website and Kozta Manager service. It describes the information and safeguards being reviewed before launch; it is not yet an effective or approved policy.

Kozta Tech is the public brand of Kozta Technologies, a business brand not yet formally registered in Cameroon. Kozta Manager is the planned business-management SaaS service. The domain koztatech.com is registered, but registration does not mean the website or service is fully launched.
Depending on enabled features, proposed information categories include account and business contact details, authorized team profiles, product and inventory records, sales and receipts, customer or supplier records, expenses, operational images, support requests, technical security events and membership/payment-status references. Each category must be checked against the deployed systems.
The intended purposes are account administration, business sales and stock workflows, reporting, role-based access, support, account protection, synchronization where available, trial and subscription management, and compliance with applicable obligations. Actual purposes and lawful bases must be confirmed before launch.
The service is designed to separate businesses and branches and to limit access by role. The exact responsibilities of Kozta Tech and each business for customer, staff and other personal information will be confirmed in the final contractual and privacy documents.
Kozta Manager is designed for offline-first business workflows, so some authorized business records may be held on a device before permitted synchronization. Local data types, encryption, removal and synchronization safeguards must be verified before we publish technical guarantees.
The planned payment flow uses an external provider and backend verification before paid access is activated. Live providers, information shared, payment records, customer notices and refund arrangements must be confirmed before release.
Authentication, infrastructure, media, support and payment providers may be involved in service delivery. The final policy will identify relevant provider categories, countries or regions of processing, transfers and any applicable safeguards after the infrastructure review.
Kozta Tech intends to apply appropriate account, access and operational safeguards. No system offers absolute security. Specific technical controls, records kept, deletion procedures and retention periods cannot be promised until verified.
The proposed privacy contact is info@koztatech.com. This mailbox is not yet live and must be tested before publication. Applicable access, correction, deletion and other rights, including request procedures and response times, require legal and operational review.
The website includes English/French language navigation and a saved display-theme preference. Cookies, browser storage, analytics, security technologies and external scripts must be inventoried and accurately disclosed before launch.
Kozta Manager is intended for business use. Age-related safeguards and handling of any protected children’s data need confirmation. A final policy will state its effective date and how users are informed of material changes.
